This means an independent licensed engineer — not just our crew — evaluates and certifies the quality of the repair. You receive this documentation to keep permanently. It can be submitted to your insurance company, shared with a future buyer when you sell your home, or used to verify warranty claims.
We also coordinate post-repair plumbing tests with a third-party Master Plumber because a foundation lift can affect underground pipes. We would rather catch that proactively than have a homeowner discover a problem later. This two-step verification process — engineering report plus plumbing test — is what sets NTX At Home Solutions apart from contractors who simply complete the work and move on.
